Maxine is an accomplished, dynamic Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of results- oriented experience.  She is a Certified Life/Career Coach, who is regarded as a valued, collaborative and trusted member of the senior management team of her clients’ businesses.  Participating in the strategic business decisions, she has developed HR Strategies to support business goals, including identification of talent requirements aligning workforce and HR practices.   Maxine has a proven performance record for learning and assessing organizations and partnering with leadership on delivering bottom-line results. Through her coaching practice, Maxine has successfully helped individuals to reach optimum success in all areas of their lives and careers.  Maxine is considered an expert in the following areas:

Human Resources Consultant/Talent Acquisition

As an  HR Talent Acquisition expert, Maxine has provided services to her clients in the areas of  recruiting process design and improvement, diversity recruiting strategies, workforce planning, EEO/Culture of Inclusion she has also effectively and proactively provides strategic human resources consultation on all aspects of HR, including, HR auditing, executive coaching, talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation, employee relations, employee engagement/development, organizational development and performance management.

Certified Life/Career Coach

As a Certified  Life/Career Coach, Maxine works with individuals in Career Transition and other key areas of their lives helping them to identify, set, track and reach their goals in the key areas of job/career; personal growth,  self-esteem, health & fitness, quality of life; finances, and more… 

Previously, Maxine’s corporate career included senior level HR/Talent Acquisition roles in organizations such as Motorola, Pfizer, Sony Electronics, Life Technologies and MTA New York.   She boasts an extensive list of confidential organizations as well as Executive/Career/Life Coaching clients.

Maxine is a certified DISC Facilitator and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marymount Manhattan College, New York, and has completed graduate course work at Cornell University and New York Institute of Technology in Labor and Industrial Relations & Life Coach Certification from the Life Coach Institute.  She is active in her community and enjoys giving back through volunteering, helping to develop the next generation leaders, disadvantaged youth, young adults, those new to the HR profession as well as emerging leaders who are seeking mentoring.

Jesse C. Price, MA, ICADC, SAP

Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor

Jesse is a native Floridian, who spent over 20 years in active duty with the United States Marine Corps. While on active duty, Jesse attended the Navy Drug & Alcohol School (NDACS).  After completing NDACS, Jesse was assigned to the Consolidated Substance Abuse Counseling Center at Camp Pendleton where he was a Lead Drug & Alcohol Counselor.  After retiring, Jesse  joined the EYE Counseling & Crisis Services, in Escondido, CA one of the five largest non-profit youth diversion agencies in San Diego County, where he was the Manager of the Community Assessment Team (CAT); a state funded, one-stop shop youth diversion & family intervention pilot program.  Jesse’s prior experiences include Senior Counselor, residential treatment, at the Navy’s Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program (SARP), Navy Submarine Base Point Loma the Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego.  Subsequently, Jesse serves the Marines at the Substance Abuse Counseling Center at MCAS Miramar.   

Jesse is an Internationally Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (ICADC) and also carries the Department of Transportation (DOT) specialty of Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), with authority to provide services to those who are identified by DOT as having a problem with substance usage.  Jesse earned a Master’s degree in Human Behavior from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Christian Heritage College (San Diego, CA.)   Jesse has a vast array of experience and successes working in the field of substance abuse. His passion for working with individuals in this field is unwavering.  He practices being a part of the healing process, realizing the process isn’t based upon his making it happen but on the client’s willingness and acceptance of the treatment and processes.  Jesse is an ordained Minister and presides over the Marriage and Family Ministry at his Church and is active in his local community.
